Work With Us

Where Our Team Feels Like Family
At Devon Nurseries, we are proud to have a dedicated team of nearly 100 employees, with around a third of our staff having been with us for five years or more. This reflects the supportive, positive environment we work hard to create.
Many of our team members have worked across more than one of our nurseries, which helps keep our settings closely connected. We come together regularly as a group throughout the year, sharing ideas, celebrating achievements, and supporting one another. There is a real sense of being part of one big, happy team.

Join Our Nursery Family
Are you passionate about early years education? Do you love inspiring young minds, getting involved in messy play, storytelling, outdoor adventures, and being part of a supportive, close-knit team?
At Devon Nurseries, we believe early childhood is a magical time, and the right team makes all the difference. If you’re caring, enthusiastic, and committed to helping children thrive, we would love to hear from you.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive, welcoming environment where both children and staff flourish. We offer opportunities to work across all of our nurseries, giving our staff the chance to grow, develop and progress within the company. If you explore our nursery pages, you’ll see that many of our management team began their journeys with us in practitioner roles and have progressed through the company.
